Stay onsite at the conference venue, St Andrew's College, in one of the three modern, state-of-the art boarding houses. Receive great conference rates which include breakfast and the convenience of being onsite. The Merivale Mall is just under 15 minutes’ walk away, and the boarding houses are within 15 minutes' drive of Christchurch International Airport. 

Options include twin or quad rooms, divided into semi-private spaces encompassing a comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe and storage facilities. Linen and bedding are provided. Each floor has a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, shared bathrooms, lounges, television with limited SKY options, along with free Wi-Fi.

Rates 

Single rooom: $94.50 per person per night, including a hot and continental breakfast selection 

Twin/Quad sharing: $54.50 per person per night, including a hot and continental breakfast selection 

• The rate is quotes as per person per night. So all persons indicated as sharing in a room must book their own room under their individual registrations when completing the online registration form. Indicating who you are sharing with in the box provided only facilitates the organisers allocating your rooms correctly. 
  
• If you select a twin share or quadruple share room but you don't indicate the person you would like to share with, we will randomly allocate you based on floor gender selection. 
  

 Shared facilities: due to the nature of the Boarding Houses, bathrooms will be shared with the floor for all room types. You can choose if you prefer to be allocated in a single gender floor or mixed floor. 

Please note: self catering is not allowed in the rooms. Breakfast will be served in the dinning hall.

Single room with shared facilities  (Limited single rooms available)
Fully furnished, 1 single bed (some of the rooms might have 2 single beds but will be for a single occupant only), desk & chair, wardrobe. Linen & bedding provided. 

Twin room with shared facilities  
Fully furnished, 2 x single bed, desk & chair, wardrobe. Linen & bedding provided.
